On February 10, 2021, David P. Stapleton was appointed by the United States District Court for the Northern District of California to serve as Receiver with certain roles identified in the Order Appointing Receiver. The United States Securities and Exchange Commission sought the appointment of a Receiver in order to protect and preserve assets belonging to the Receivership Estate.
